Cibo pasta bar is the end result of a vision brought to life after 20+ years of service, passion, and dedication in the restaurant industry - being the first of its kind in the area.
Our goal is to deliver the freshest ingredients, the most sophisticated handcrafted cocktails, and a carefully curated wine list in an upscale, Manhattan-esque atmosphere - all while fulfilling the missing piece in the culinary choices on the South Shore of Long Island.

To maintain the elevated atmosphere of our space, we kindly ask guests to adhere to our dress code:
No hats, no tank tops, no cut-off sleeves, no beach/gym/sports attire, no flip-flops or sandals (for men). Shorts must be dress shorts.
